SOON AND SOON STUDIOS
Viridian’s fluid and airy space is designed by Anna Lee and Brandon Jew of Soon and Soon Studio, Michelin-starred Mister Jiu’s, Moongate Lounge, and Mamahuhu. Their concept draws inspiration from the color moods of ChungKing Express, the city of Hong Kong, and graphic elements from 90’s R&B record covers.

RITE GUY DESIGNS
Conceptualized in conversation with Soon and Soon Studio, San Francisco-based artist Laura Stevenson of Rite Guy Design created Viridian’s signature trio of multi-colored neon sculptures. Stevenson’s inspiration evolved from imagining the city of Hong Kong as viewed from a window in a skyscraper, overlooking the neon landscape of one of the world's greatest metropolises. The series of sculptures recreates that abstract vision—the piece at the center of the bar represents the window, inviting colorful threads of electric city energy to drift in and illuminate the interior.
